I'm very pleased to announce that Pte Cage is hereby promoted to the rank of Acting Sergeant of A Coy, 1 Platoon. A/Sgt Cage's exemplary efforts, both on and off the field, have earned him a reputation for being both a reliable and above all a dedicated member of 16AA. I have no doubt that he will go on to make a success of his new role, as he has with his previous assignments in 16AA.
Congratulations, Cage - well done and well deserved! ...

Addon Sync has been updated. Please update your mods now.
The following has been updated:
@teamspeak - Teamspeak version updated to 3.0.5. 64 and 32 bit versions provided, both folder and .exe versions. Folders already contain plugins in their correct place. Remember to run TS as admin!
If/When prompted to delete files after updating addon sync, please do so; allowing addon sync to remove older versions of the mods.
Note: Don't forget to defrag your system afterwards ...
Further to the recent addition of a fifth infantry section, not to mention the introduction of a fully functioning TACP, A Coy Cmd has been operating under strength.
In order to even the workload at Coy level, I am very pleased to announce that 2Lt Harlow has made the decision to step back into the fray to help lead 16AA through the new campaign. For those of you who are not acquainted with 2Lt Harlow, I will say no more than you are in very safe hands.
2Lt Harlow rejoins us at his previous rank and resumes command, effective immediately, of 2 Plt, A Coy.

The Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (JNCO) course provides an insight into the role of the IC and 2IC of a section. The course teaches the methodology of instruction, how to cascade orders and how to effectively and decisively command a fire team/section on the battlefield.

I'm pleased to announce that Balkau has successfully completed his Phase 1 training. He is hereby promoted to the rank of Private. Pte Balkau achieved a score of 31 on the rifle ranges, earning himself the Third Class Marksman award.
Pte Balkau is assigned to A/1/1. Please report into Cpl Jakobsen on the 1/1 forums for role assignment.
